Shipping
The order is shipped within 1-4 business days. The shipping time depends on the location of the buyer. Orders within the EU are shipped with DB Schenker or Budbee / Orders outside the EU are shipped with FedEx.
All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden. You are responsible for ensuring that the products can be lawfully imported into the destination country. Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or other import charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Bookbinders Design.
Available delivery options and shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, delivery address, and the contents of the order. The available delivery options and corresponding shipping costs are shown at checkout before the order is completed.
TRANSPORT
Should the product be damaged or disappear during the transport, Bookbinders Design is held responsible. If damaged, Customer Service must be provided with a photo of the package and products within seven (7) days. If the delivery does not appear, contact Customer Service within 20 days of order date. The customer is responsible for damage or loss if the product is returned.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Should a package which has not been collected be returned, any costs associated with the order will be non-refundable to customer.
